The showroom is the fastest way to compare finishes side by side under real light. Photos and screens flatten sheen and texture in a way a wall never does in person, so most people find it worth the trip before making a decision. Call ahead if you want someone free to walk through samples with you, or stop in during open hours and browse on your own.

What to Send Us
Room Photos
A few photos of the space, taken in natural light if possible, so we can see the walls, trim and existing finishes.

A rough estimate of the wall area or room size involved. It does not need to be exact.

The Process
What Happens Next
Once we hear from you, we will follow up to talk through the space, the finish options that fit it, and a general scope for the work. That conversation can happen by phone, by email, or in person at the showroom, whichever is easiest.
From there, most projects move to the showroom, where you can see and touch the finishes under real light before committing to one. We give you a clear scope before anything begins, so there is no guessing about what is included or who is doing what.
If a designer or builder is already involved in your project, bring them into the conversation early. We work from their spec and schedule rather than around them, which keeps the finish work lined up with everything else happening on site.

Do you offer samples before I commit to a finish?
Yes. All the finishes are on display at the showroom, and we walk through samples as part of the first conversation.
How far in advance should I reach out?
Lead times shift with project scope and season, so it is best to reach out as soon as you have a target date in mind, even if the plans are still taking shape.
What areas do you serve?
Austin and the greater Central Texas area.
Do you work with designers and builders, or only directly with homeowners?
Both. We work from a designer's spec, alongside a builder's schedule, or directly with a homeowner who has not brought in either one yet.
I don't know which finish I want. Can you still help?
Yes. Bring photos of the room and we will narrow it down together, either over the phone or in the showroom.
